What You'll Do

Working closely with the Medical Director and the Somadelic Health team, you will participate in:

• Comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up care
• Case coordination and care navigation for complex patients
• Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Performance of minor procedures within training and scope
• Administration and oversight of therapeutic modalities
• Functional and neurodiagnostic testing workflows
• Patient education and coaching
• Collaboration with therapists, technicians, nurses, and external providers
• Clinical protocol development and quality improvement initiatives
• Helping build scalable systems that allow exceptional care to be delivered consistently

Clinical Areas Include

Brain & Neuroplasticity

• Neuromodulation therapies
• Photobiomodulation
• Therapeutic neuroplasticity infusions
• Ketamine and psychedelic-assisted treatment programs
• PTSD, TBI, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and cognitive optimization

Regenerative & Interventional Medicine

• Orthobiologic and regenerative procedures
• Musculoskeletal medicine
• Chronic pain management
• Functional rehabilitation and recovery

Precision Diagnostics

• Quantitative EEG (qEEG)
• Event Related Potentials (ERP)
• Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
• Neurocognitive testing
• Neuropsychiatric assessment
• Functional laboratory analysis
• Metabolic and performance testing including VO2 Max assessment

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfort managing medically and psychologically complex patients
• Interest in neuroscience, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, psychiatry, pain medicine, sports medicine, or human performance
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to help build systems and processes
• Growth-oriented, self-directed, and highly accountable
