Job Summary: Seeking an opportunity to lead and inspire a team driving growth in a thriving market segment? As Manager of Community Solutions Sales at Spectrum, you will develop and execute strategies that expand our footprint with property owners and communities. By guiding a team of Account Executives, you will oversee acquisition, retention and win-back initiatives that advance Spectrumโ€™s position. Your leadership will directly shape long-term business relationships and propel our continued success.


How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

ยท Direct and motivate Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, fostering achievement of sales goals and quotas

ยท Oversee the monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using management reports and tools to ensure efficient execution

ยท Coordinate and communicate Community Solutions activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenues

ยท Analyze market conditions and manage portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backs

ยท Manage staff selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline and compensation recommendations

ยท Ensure sales commission plans are compliant and aligned with company objectives

ยท Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to maintain contract administration and compliance for Community Solutions accounts

ยท Develop and implement programs that enhance Spectrumโ€™s reputation and build long-term relationships with property owners and industry associations

Working Conditions

ยท Office-based role with travel up to 25% as required

Required Qualifications

Education

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

ยท 7+ years of sales management experience

ยท 5+ years of project management experience

Skills

ยท Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

ยท Demonstrated leadership qualities

ยท Advanced knowledge of Spectrum products and services

ยท Proficiency in automated reporting and analysis applications

Preferred Qualifications

ยท 2+ years of management or leadership experience

ยท Industry-related experience preferred

ยท Experience in residential property management or real estate development is a plus
