THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll own the full sales process from first conversation to signed deal:

  • Run 2–3 in-home consultations per day (preset + self-generated)

  • Follow a clear process: discovery → design → estimate → close

  • Build and present deck designs + pricing

  • Stay on top of your pipeline — follow up until deals are won or lost

  • Keep the CRM clean and organized (notes, next steps, pipeline)

  • Execute consistently, not occasionally

This is not a “show up and wing it” sales role.

This is for someone who wants to run a process and get paid for doing it well.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

At the end of the day, it comes down to:

  • $200K/month in revenue sold

  • Strong close rate (you know your numbers and improve them)

If you hit your numbers, everything else takes care of itself.
