Physical Therapist (PT) -Bushnell, FL
Location: Bushnell, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly pay range from $43-$50 (Negotiable based on years of experience)
Caseload: Elementary School
Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Bushnell, Florida, to hire a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is perfect for a compassionate therapist who is passionate about helping elementary school students improve their mobility, independence, and overall success in the classroom.
Join a collaborative educational team where you'll make a meaningful impact on students every day.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other school staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license.
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
