Pay Range: $60k - $70k per year

About Solero Youngstown Behavioral Transitions

Solero Behavioral Transitions in Youngstown offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders. Our services include individual and group therapy, case management, and life skills training, designed to support long-term recovery and community reintegration.

Overview

Solero is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Liaison to help expand our presence and strengthen partnerships in the Youngstown, OH region. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building connections, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the company in the local business community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and community organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support company growth
  • Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, networking events, and presentations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business development relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners
  • Track outreach activity, leads, and partnership performance using CRM tools
  • Represent Solero at community events, meetings, and industry functions
  • Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to support strategic planning
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or community outreach
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Comfortable with networking and public-facing engagement
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in healthcare, social services, staffing, or community-based organizations
  • Established local network in the Youngstown/Warren area
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
