Soft Landing Soft Serve

Soft Landing is growing our team with full time and part time positions in Boise and Eagle! We're looking for warm, hardworking, dependable people who care about creating a great experience for our customers and take pride in doing things well. We are currently hiring for the following roles based at or supporting our Boise and/or Eagle locations:

1. Team Member (Eagle only)

Part-time | 15–30 hours/week

Team Members are the heart of the Soft Landing experience. You'll welcome customers, explain our menu, offer samples, make beautiful soft serve orders, operate the register, prepare drinks, and keep the Boise shop clean, stocked, and ready.

• Requirements: Friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and available at least 15 hours/week including evenings/weekends. Previous food-service helpful but not required; we train the right person.

2. Multi-Unit General Manager (Serves Both Boise & Eagle Shops)

Full-time | Shared oversight

Our General Manager oversees day-to-day operations across both shop locations, managing inventory pars, team scheduling, and supporting hands-on training/hiring. Regularly splits time and works hands-on in both locations.

• Requirements: Meaningful restaurant, retail, or hospitality multi-unit operating experience.

3. Machine Care & Cleaning Specialist (Serves Both Boise & Eagle Shops)

Part-time | 15–20 hours/week | $28–$32/hour DOE

Responsible for after-hours cleaning and the technical sanitation/disassembly of commercial soft serve machines across both shops. Works within a flexible window between 10 p.m.–10 a.m.

• Requirements: Previous hands-on experience cleaning commercial frozen-dessert equipment (soft-serve/shake machines) is strictly required. Stoelting experience a major plus.
