              • Open and structure litigation files correctly from intake<\/li>
              • Create case timelines and litigation roadmaps<\/li>
              • Track Michigan Court Rule deadlines<\/li>
              • Manage probate statutory notice requirements<\/li>
              • Maintain hearing calendars and internal tickler systems<\/li>
              • Ensure service of process is completed properly<\/li><\/ul>

                Drafting & Filing<\/strong><\/p>

                • Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and probate petitions<\/li>
                • Prepare discovery requests and responses<\/li>
                • Draft subpoenas and coordinate service<\/li>
                • E-file in Michigan state and probate courts<\/li>
                • Prepare proposed orders and judgments<\/li><\/ul>

                  Real Estate Litigation Support<\/strong><\/p>

                  • Organize deeds, mortgages, land contracts, title documents<\/li>
                  • Prepare exhibits for quiet title and boundary cases<\/li>
                  • Track redemption periods and statutory deadlines<\/li>
                  • Assist with foreclosure-related disputes<\/li><\/ul>

                    Probate & Trust Litigation Support<\/strong><\/p>

                    • Draft petitions for removal, objections, and accountings<\/li>
                    • Track fiduciary compliance deadlines<\/li>
                    • Organize estate asset documentation<\/li>
                    • Coordinate communication with fiduciaries and beneficiaries<\/li><\/ul>

                      Discovery & Trial Preparation<\/strong><\/p>

                      • Manage document production<\/li>
                      • Organize deposition summaries<\/li>
                      • Prepare trial notebooks and exhibit lists<\/li>
                      • Coordinate witnesses and hearing logistics<\/li><\/ul>
