Case Management (The Core)<\/strong><\/p>

• Open and structure new litigation files properly from day one<\/li>
• Build case timelines and litigation roadmaps<\/li>
• Track all deadlines under the Michigan Court Rules<\/li>
• Maintain hearing calendars and tickler systems<\/li>
• Ensure service of process is handled correctly and timely<\/li><\/ul>

  Drafting & Filing<\/strong><\/p>

  • Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and probate petitions<\/li>
  • Prepare discovery requests and responses<\/li>
  • Draft subpoenas and coordinate service<\/li>
  • E-file in Michigan courts (state and probate)<\/li>
  • Prepare proposed orders and judgments<\/li><\/ul>

    Real Estate Litigation Support<\/strong><\/p>

    • Organize title documents, deeds, land contracts, mortgages<\/li>
    • Prepare exhibits for quiet title and boundary matters<\/li>
    • Track redemption periods and statutory deadlines<\/li>
    • Assist in foreclosure-related litigation<\/li><\/ul>

      Probate & Trust Litigation Support<\/strong><\/p>

      • Draft petitions for removal, objections, and accountings<\/li>
      • Organize estate asset documentation<\/li>
      • Track statutory notice requirements<\/li>
      • Coordinate with fiduciaries and beneficiaries<\/li><\/ul>

        Discovery & Trial Prep<\/strong><\/p>

        • Prepare and manage discovery productions<\/li>
        • Organize deposition summaries<\/li>
        • Build trial binders and exhibit lists<\/li>
        • Coordinate witnesses and hearing logistics<\/li><\/ul>

          Client Coordination<\/strong><\/p>

          • Collect and organize client documentation<\/li>
          • Communicate status updates (under attorney supervision)<\/li>
          • Keep clients informed without overpromising<\/li>
