MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – OAK GROVE, MO
White Oaks Crossing (a Soave Enterprises company) is hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician for a well‑maintained single‑family residential community in Oak Grove. Great role for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, solving problems, and being part of a friendly neighborhood—not a large apartment complex.
Responsibilities: General community maintenance, completing service requests, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry repairs, appliance and drywall work, maintaining buildings and grounds (including pool areas), routine inspections, coordinating vendors, tracking maintenance needs, and supporting community improvements.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED, general maintenance or construction experience, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass background and drug screening, and good communication skills. Preferred: Residential community or apartment maintenance experience, HVAC or pool experience, and trade certifications.
Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time options. Predictable hours with all work done locally.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate $21–$26, based on experience and skills.
