Brambleton Group is seeking a full-time experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support our attorneys in commercial leasing, land development, and residential lot sale transactions for our Virginia Operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with attorneys, developers, builders, and external partners.
What You’ll Do

Draft, review, and manage commercial leases and related documents

Support lot sale conveyances, including contracts, due diligence, title/survey review, and closings

Assist with construction agreements, consultant agreements, easements, LOIs, and other real estate documents

Coordinate due diligence for development sites (title, ALTA surveys, zoning, environmental materials)

Track critical dates, milestones, and obligations

Prepare closing checklists, coordinate signatures, and assemble closing binders

Maintain organized transaction files and development documentation

Draft entity formation documents and resolutions

Provide general legal and administrative support to attorneys
What We’re Looking For

7+ years of real estate paralegal experience (law firm or corporate legal department)

Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, land development, and/or lot sale transactions

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel preferred

Experience with Workshare Compare and Adobe

Pay : $85,000- $115,000 annual salary
