Position: Full-Time | In-Office | Mendenhall Valley, Juneau Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
About the Role
As our Tier-1 Service Desk Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for SnowCloud clients — handling inbound support calls, documenting issues, generating tickets, and working alongside senior technicians and our operations manager to resolve problems quickly. You'll also help maintain client and internal documentation, contribute ideas for improving efficiency, and assist in deploying IT projects as assigned.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
- 2+ years of IT service or helpdesk experience
- Mac and PC support
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology
- Customer service background
- Data privacy and security best practices
- Resourcefulness using online tools for issue resolution
