What You'll Do:
As a Grille Chef at Snappy's, you'll be the heart of the kitchen, ensuring every meal is cooked to perfection and every guest leaves happy.
Your mission:
  • Master the Grille: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items quickly and accurately to keep our guests satisfied.
  • Stay Safe and Clean: Follow all health and safety standards to ensure food is fresh, delicious, and handled with care.
  • Keep It Organized: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Support the Team: Assist with food prep, restocking, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Deliver Legendary Service: Greet guests with a smile and provide the top-notch service Snappy's is known for, no matter the time of day.

Qualifications: To thrive as a Grille Chef, you'll bring the following to the table:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person!
  • Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
  • Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service every shift.
