1. Lead Café & Product Manager

SnOasis Caribbean Café is seeking an energetic, creative café leader to help operate our new tropical-inspired coffee, breakfast, smoothie, dessert, and frozen beverage concept.
Ideal candidates have experience in:
• Coffee shops
• Smoothie or açaí bowl shops
• Bakeries or donut shops
• Dessert cafés
• Frozen beverage concepts
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing coffee and frozen drinks
• Managing prep and product quality
• Assisting with menu ideas and presentation
• Training staff
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Delivering excellent customer service
We are looking for someone upbeat, organized, fast-moving, and passionate about food, beverages, and hospitality.

2. Operations & Shift Manager

SnOasis Caribbean Café is seeking a reliable operations-focused manager to oversee daily shift flow, customer service, staffing, app ordering, and front counter operations.
Ideal candidates have experience in:
• Coffee shops
• Quick-service restaurants
• Smoothie or dessert shops
• Bakery cafés
• High-volume customer service environments
Responsibilities include:
• Opening and closing the café
• Supervising staff
• Managing customer flow and app orders
• Assisting with inventory and scheduling
• Maintaining speed, cleanliness, and organization
• Delivering a positive customer experience
Must be dependable, energetic, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
