Position

As a key member of our Sales team, the NorCal Proposal Manager provides leadership and support on a variety of business development assignments, including but not limitied to highly strategic proposals, qualification statements, and presentations. You may also work closely with Client Account Managers and Sales Leads to align on account plans, strategic decisions, and engagement activities, ensuring growth objectives are met.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of proposal management experience; A/E/C industry andwater/transportation experience preferred.
