As a brand ambassador, Team Members will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! Responsibilities:

• Team member carries out basic tasks throughout given shifts.
• Responsibilities include prepping equipment, taking food orders, operating cash registers, completing transactions, cleaning cashier, dining, bathroom, and backroom areas, and answering questions regarding flavors and ingredients.
• Make quick, quality orders with exceptional service.
• Have a good attitude towards customers and service.
• Treat all Team members with respect and courtesy.
• Adhere to standards for food safety and handling.
• Take responsibility to keep the store at high standard of cleanliness.

Qualification Requirements:

• Commercial Food preparation background / experience preferred.
• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting all qualification standards..
• Must know safety information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work.
• Mobility and the ability to walk and stand during an entire shift or extended period of time.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must participate in company orientation and training.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job.
