We're built on selection, value, and community, and we're looking for a hands-on General Laborer to help keep our warehouse and custom apparel operations running at full speed.

What You'll Do

• Operate embroidery machines to produce custom team uniforms and apparel
• Run heat press machinery for custom decoration on apparel and merchandise
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping product
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory management and other general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience with embroidery machines and/or heat press equipment strongly preferred
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and move product for extended periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Must be local to the Rochester, NY area — this role is on-site and relocation assistance is not available
