Freelancer In Customer Support
We are looking for a freelancer in the field of customer support for administrative and telephone tasks.
Tasks- Processing of customer emails via ticket system
- Care and follow-up of existing customers
- Telephone support
- Processing of customer files
- German as mother tongue
- PC skills (basic)
- Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, internet, laptop or PC, noise-cancelling headset)
- Motivation and willingness to perform
- High-speed internet connection
- Attractive monthly salary (1,200.00€)
- 100% home office
- Working hours between 08:00 - 17:00 (German time)
- Maximum 40 hours from Monday to Friday (weekends off)
- 20 vacation days + all German public holidays off
