Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Funding & APD Management
- Lead development, maintenance, updates, and submission of APDs, APD Updates, operational updates, CMS submission letters, funding tables, and supporting documentation.
- Translate project plans, milestones, risks, outcomes, contract activities, and budgets into funding narratives supporting CMS approval.
- Coordinate responses to CMS inquiries, approval conditions, and follow-up requests.
- Maintain submission calendars and ensure compliance with federal funding deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Monitor Federal Financial Participation (FFP) requirements and funding approvals.
- Track project budgets, funding allocations, expenditures, encumbrances, and forecasts.
- Maintain federal and state share funding reports and cost allocation tracking.
- Support budget planning and forecasting activities across Data & Analytics initiatives.
- Analyze budget variances and prepare financial status updates.
- Review resource allocations and timecard coding compliance.
- Support development and review of:

- Monitor vendor invoices and expenditures against approved funding.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
