About This Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator who is committed to creating an engaging and supportive atmosphere for children aged 1& 2 or 3&4. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in facilitating interactive learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.


What You'll Do
  • Nurturing: Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and feel safe.
  • Engaging: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that captivate children's attention and foster a love for learning.
  • Dynamic: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring that each child is included and valued.
  • Collaborative: Work closely with parents and staff to support each child's development and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Playful: Incorporate play-based learning activities that stimulate curiosity and exploration.
  • Empathetic: Recognize and respond to the emotional needs of children, providing guidance and support as they navigate their feelings.
  • Resourceful: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to enhance the learning environment and address challenges that arise.
  • Observant: Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their developmental milestones.
  • Culturally-responsive: Embrace and celebrate diversity within the classroom, ensuring that all children feel represented and respected.
  • Inspirational: Motivate and encourage children to explore their interests and develop a lifelong love of learning.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, or high school diploma with experience.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and caring demeanor, with a passion for mentoring young learners.
  • Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
