Fitness Specialist & New Business Development

Sloane Stecker an elite training studio is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual to help drive new business growth while also providing fitness and wellness services to clients.

Job description:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in Exercise Science, Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Kinesiology, or a related field who enjoys both business development and working directly with clients.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-driven, and comfortable building relationships within the local community. This person will actively generate new business opportunities, develop referral sources, attend networking events, and help grow our presence throughout the Jupiter area. In addition, they will work with clients by creating individualized workout programs, leading training sessions, and supporting overall health and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through community outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Develop referral partnerships with local businesses, clubs, physicians, coaches, and wellness professionals
• Represent Sloane Stecker at community and promotional events
• Conduct consultations and introduce prospective clients to our services and unique offerings
• Design individualized workout and fitness programs
• Lead personal training and small-group training sessions
• Support clients with performance, wellness, and injury-prevention goals
• Assist with client retention and ongoing engagement

Qualifications:

• Lives locally near one of the two FL studios - in the Jupiter or West Palm Beach area
• Background in Exercise Science, Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Kinesiology, or related field
• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or relationship management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with capturing and posting social media content
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate leads and build relationships
• Passion for fitness, health, wellness, and helping people achieve result

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings 6-10AM, 4-8PM evenings, and weekends

Compensation:

Competitive pay dependent on expertise plus performance-based incentives tied to business development and client growth. 1099 Contract available as well.

$21.00 - $55.00 per hour
