As aHospitality Specialist, you're the face and heartbeat of Slice Factory. You'll create amazing experiences for every guest - greeting them with warmth, keeping the energy high, and ensuring every visit ends with a smile.

Your Objectives

• Build real relationships with customers
• Maintain 90%+ guest satisfaction scores
• Enroll customers into the Slice Life Rewards app
• Grow average check size through genuine connection and upselling
• Be a true brand ambassador who makes people excited to come back.
  

Who We're Looking For:

Outgoing, social, and positive - someone who loves connecting with others

Dependable, upbeat, and hungry to grow
1+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience (preferred)
ServSafe Certification (preferred, not required)
