As a Physical Therapist at Slate Health Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting in Brooklyn, NY, serving a diverse patient population. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical impairments, injuries, and conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York

• Outpatient experience preferred

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
