Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to assist our client with expediting services in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in expediting in New York City or experience in handling architecture or engineering plans within the city. Responsibilities: Assist with expediting services for various projects in New York City Manage and organize paperwork related to expediting processes Liaise with city officials and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements Provide support in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to facilitate the expediting process Requirements: Prior experience in expediting in New York City or experience in handling architecture or engineering plans within the city Strong understanding of the expediting process and regulations in New York City Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively with city officials and regulatory agencies Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in New York City Familiarity with permit application procedures and documentation requirements If you meet the requirements and are ready to take on this challenging role, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
