Onsite Property Manager — Professional Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee daily operations, resident relations, leasing performance, and property compliance. This role requires strong judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage both people and processes with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full oversight of property operations
• Resident communication, issue resolution, and community standards
• Leasing, marketing, and occupancy management
• Maintenance coordination and vendor management
• Reporting, and administrative accuracy

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Property management or leasing experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication and customer service
• Familiarity with property management software preferred
• Ability to supervise staff, knowledge of maintenance issues, able to manage and schedule resources
