Roving Maintenance Technician — Greater Portland Area

Are you the kind of person who can fix a dishwasher, patch drywall, and charm a cranky smoke detector back into compliance — all before lunch? Do you thrive on variety, independence, and the satisfaction of leaving every place better than you found it?

We’re looking for a Multisite MacGyver to join our team.

Your Daily Adventure Includes:

• Driving around the Portland metro area like a maintenance ninja.
• Tackling work orders with skill, humor, and the occasional “I’ve seen worse.”
• Troubleshooting issues that range from “easy win” to “how did this even happen?”
• Keeping residents happy, safe, and impressed with your magical fix‐it powers.

In All Seriousness You Must Be Able To Do:

• Complete unit turns (from the front door to the back door and everything in between)
• Paint (Quick and good)
• Minor electrical (install light fixture, replace outlet and switches, etc..)
• Diagnose, repair and install appliances
• Plumbing (snake drains, replace pipes, install fixtures, fix water heaters, etc...)
• Flooring work (pull carpet and vinyl, replace subfloor, level floors, prime/seal , etc...)
• Carpentry work (repair and or install cabinetry, install/hang doors, fix wood trim, etc...)
• Drywall work (install sheetrock, ceiling repairs, patch holes, mud, sand, texture)
• The occasional outdoor project (painting, pressure washing, lighting repairs, fence repairs, etc...)
