CNC Field Service Technician - Swiss Lathes

SkillSource is a leading placement service specializing in manufacturing operations. We are seeking a full‑time, direct‑hire Field Service Technician to operate Swiss CNC lathes at a manufacturing client’s office near Columbus, IN. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Swiss CNC lathes at the client’s manufacturing site.
  • Perform service and repair on Fanuc‑controlled lathes.
Qualifications
  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years of service and repair experience with Swiss CNC lathes.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.
  • PartMaker programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Frequent travel (mostly domestic, some international) required.
