About the Role:

As the Director of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, including:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of facility staff, including maintenance and EVS.


• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize facility operations, including budgeting, planning, and quality improvement initiatives.


• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.


• Building strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.


• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the activities of facility staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.


• Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations, including budgeting, planning, and quality improvement initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.


• Foster a positive and supportive environment by building strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.


• Identify and address operational issues and concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.


• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of facility staff.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address operational issues and concerns.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.


• Travel Requirement 50-70% among facilities in OH, PA & NY
