We are looking for a Marketing Community Manager - US to lead the growth and engagement of our North Ameria creator community while positioning Community as a strategic driver of business success.
Your Mission
As Marketing Community Manager - US, you will own the development of the US creator community across the entire creator lifecycle-from acquisition and activation to retention and community engagement. You will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Content, and Marketing teams to create meaningful experiences for creators while delivering measurable value to brands and the business.
Key Responsibilities
Community Growth & Acquisition

• Develop and execute creator acquisition strategies across organic, referral, partnership, influencer sourcing, and paid channels.

• Grow strategic creator segments aligned with business priorities. (Beauty, Family, Fashion, Food)

• Manage creator sourcing initiatives and optimize acquisition performance through data-driven insights.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and creator behaviors to continuously improve acquisition strategies.

Creator Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing

• Build and optimize creator activation, education, and retention strategies throughout the creator journey.

• Manage CRM lifecycle campaigns to onboard, activate, educate, and re-engage creators.

• Develop engaging community initiatives including My Club, VIP Creator programs, webinars, events, and educational campaigns.

• Continuously improve the creator experience through community feedback and performance analysis.

Collaboration with the US Social Media Content Manager

• Partner closely with the US Social Media Content Manager to develop social media strategies that support community growth and engagement.

• Co-create creator-focused campaigns across acquisition, education, and activation, leveraging compelling community storytelling across social channels.

• Ensure alignment between community initiatives, CRM lifecycle campaigns, and social content to maximize creator engagement and business impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to support brand campaign performance, creator activation, to strengthen relationships between creators, brands, and Skeepers.

• Support strategic brand x creator collaborations through creative initiatives such as online creator events, masterclass and key community activations

• Represent the voice of creators by gathering community feedback and partnering closely with Product & Data teams. Identify opportunities to improve the creator's experience and contribute to product evolution.

• Collaborate with Europe Community Managers to share best practices and scale successful initiatives across markets.

• Produce community insights, reports, and recommendations to support business decisions.

Project & Team Coordination

• Supported by interns and coaching their development.

• Lead community projects from planning to execution while ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and operational excellence across the Community team.

What We're Looking For

• Already had 1-2 years' experience in Community Management, Influencer Marketing, CRM, Growth Marketing, or Creator Economy.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and community engagement strategies.

• Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing.

• Knowing Customer.io, Modash, Tableau, Later, or similar marketing tools is a plus.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent Oral presentation & Communication skills.

• Passion for the creator economy and digital marketing.
