The Leasing Specialist will independently manage leasing activities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This role involves handling lease agreements, maintaining tenant relationships, marketing available units, processing applications, and ensuring thorough record keeping. The Leasing Specialist will also provide excellent customer service and occasionally travel locally to support leasing operations. Proficiency with property management software, particularly AppFolio, is integral to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease agreements and administration for diverse property types
• Maintain positive tenant relations and address inquiries
• Market available properties to attract qualified tenants
• Process rental applications and facilitate tenant screening
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
• Occasionally travel locally to support property leasing needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing experience
• Real Estate License preferred
• Knowledge of lease administration and property management software
• Proficiency with AppFolio
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
