Licensed Therapist Opportunity Description

SimiTree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for a full-time, on-site Licensed Therapist for a high acuity Psychiatric & Substance Abuse inpatient facility in the Grinnell, Iowa area. Must be licensed in the state of Iowa.

Licensed Therapist Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Current state licensure (LCSW, LISW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Experience providing behavioral health counseling services
• Inpatient or Residential Experience preferred

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on client care plans
