Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Full Stack Lead (.Net)

Location: Dallas, TX / New Jersey (Onsite / Hybrid)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract | C2C | (No OPT Visa candidates)

About the Role

Simarn Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Full Stack Developers and Leads to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in modern web development, cloud integration, and scalable system design using Python, .NET, and TypeScript (JavaScript). You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-performance, cloud-native applications on Azure and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications with secure and efficient APIs and front-end interfaces.
  • Lead and guide end-to-end architecture discussions and ensure adherence to best practices (for Leads).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Integrate applications with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Optimize system performance and maintain coding standards, code reviews, and testing procedures.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance across layers (UI, middleware, backend).

Required Skills

  • Programming Languages: Python, .NET (C#), TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Frontend Frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Backend Frameworks: ASP.NET Core, Django, or Flask
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure and AWS (experience with deployment, monitoring, and integration)
  • Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB
  • Version Control & DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
  • Testing Tools: PyTest, NUnit, or Jest

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerized deployment.
  • For Leads: Demonstrated experience mentoring teams, performing architecture reviews, and client-facing technical communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
