About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-Service Car Wash Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth operations at our car wash. This role requires a balance of people management, operational oversight, and sales ability. The Supervisor will be responsible for staff performance, facility upkeep, customer satisfaction, and driving sales when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and equipment maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanliness, and quality guidelines.

• Handle customer issues with professionalism and solutions-focused communication.

• Actively promote and upsell services, memberships, and add-ons to maximize revenue.

• Track daily performance, sales, and productivity metrics; report to management.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching staff.

• Maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required – must communicate effectively with both staff and customers.

• Previous supervisory/management experience in car wash, auto services, or customer service industries.

• Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

• Basic computer/reporting skills.
