Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of dental office management experience
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix Enterprise and dental insurance workflows
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate clinical and administrative teams
• Experience managing KPIs, revenue goals, and operational performance
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Patient-focused mindset with commitment to 5-star service standards
