Role Name : Scrum Master
Work Location (City, State) : San Antonio, TX

Experience level (Years)     +8 to 10 Yrs

Duration: Long Term Contract

Rate: $45/HR on W2

Must have skills    

•    Managed 2–5 Agile squads comprising 20–50 team members.
•    Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
•    Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives within banking organizations.
 
•    Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
•    Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments.
•    Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs. 

Preferred skills    Support delivery of banking applications across areas such as:
•    Digital Banking/Lending

•    Experience delivering applications for retail, commercial, or investment banking.
•    Knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and security requirements.

Leadership Skills
•    Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple teams and programs simultaneously.
•    Experience working with executive leadership and client stakeholders.
