Location: Gillette, WY (Travel / Roving Projects)
Pay: $38 to $44 per hour plus bonuses plus per diem plus company vehicle

If you are the kind of Superintendent who takes pride in running complex jobs the right way, this is your lane.
At Silverline Construction, you will not just oversee projects. You will lead critical infrastructure builds that power entire communities. From electrical substations to transmission line foundations, your work directly supports the grid that keeps everything running.
This is not a babysit the crew role.
This is a field leadership position with real authority, real support, and real earning potential.
High visibility, large scale power infrastructure projects
Strong, steady pipeline of work with a company experiencing consistent growth
Leadership that supports the field without micromanaging
Performance bonuses plus project incentives create real upside
Company vehicle plus per diem to support travel
Structural foundations for electrical substations and transmission lines
Large diameter caissons and deep foundation systems
Multi state projects with specialized crews and equipment
Lead, mentor, and push crews to deliver top tier work safely and efficiently
Own daily operations on site from layout through execution
Read and interpret complex blueprints and ensure precision builds
Coordinate heavy equipment and digital layout tools
Keep projects on track including schedule, budget, and quality
Solve problems in real time and keep jobs moving forward
Represent a strong safety culture and lead by example
Minimum of 6 years in structural concrete foundations with power or substation experience required
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Experience with heavy equipment and digital layout systems
Proven leadership with the ability to build, manage, and motivate crews
Valid drivers license with a clean record
Knowledge of slurry drilling and casing installation and extraction
