Description:

SilverPillar Cyber Advisors is seeking a level 2 tech to join their firm. Based in Chadds Ford, PA, this position takes on customer facing tasks in a team-based work environment. Hours are normal business hours Monday through Friday. Key Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, printers, and basic networking.
• Experience working with IT ticketing systems
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience performing basic firewall tasks, including IP allow/block requests.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (RMM/PSA tools, multi-client environment)
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize IT projects and help desk tickets.
• Assist users with information systems and programs as needed.
• Utilize an RMM and PSA product to monitor internal and external PCs and servers.
• Threat monitoring and patch management of internal and external environments.
• Regular reporting to clients.
• Manage level 1 techs with tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and cybersecurity landscape in order to inform and improve firm systems and processes
