Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing established psychological assessment tools.
  • Evaluate clients' needs, issues, and goals, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans in consultation with clients.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions that address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
  • Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger relationships.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress and changing circumstances.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate client records, including comprehensive progress notes and treatment documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and best practices within the field of marriage and family therapy.
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, offering immediate support and resources for safety.
  • Encourage clients to engage in self-care practices that promote overall wellness and emotional resilience.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
