Job Summary

Silk In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team of caregivers in Wellston, Ohio. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality non-medical care to seniors and individuals with personal care needs in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with meal preparation, medication management, and other daily care needs

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related field

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and attention to safety

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)

Work Environment

  • Part-time opportunity with varying schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

  • In-home care settings, with occasional travel to clients' homes
