Field Supervisor – Restoration Pack-Out Operations

PAY: Starting at $16.00- $19.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)

MUST HAVE RESTORATION / PACK-OUT EXPERIENCE

CRDN of Dallas is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead our restoration pack-out team. This is not a general moving or warehouse position. Applicants must have prior experience in the restoration industry and understand pack-outs, inventory procedures, content handling, and working within insurance claim guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can supervise employees, train team members, maintain quality standards, and provide excellent customer service during fire, water, mold, and trauma restoration projects.

Position Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, supervising 5-15 employees, ensuring compliance with company procedures, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership during pack-outs, deliveries, and content restoration projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field personnel across restoration projects
  • Manage and coordinate daily pack-out and delivery schedules
  • Train and onboard new field employees
  • Conduct quality control inspections and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Travel to customer homes and commercial properties affected by fire, water, or mold damage
  • Properly inventory, pack, document, and transport customer contents
  • Complete all required paperwork and obtain customer signatures
  • Coordinate pack-out, storage, and return of customer belongings
  • Reinstall electronics, artwork, mirrors, and window treatments during delivery
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, adjusters, contractors, and internal staff
  • Assist with field problem solving and customer issue resolution
  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally

Required Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3 years of restoration pack-out experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience working with insurance restoration claims
  • Experience with inventory documentation and content handling
  • Experience managing crews and field operations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • IICRC certifications
  • Experience with fire, water, and mold restoration
  • Experience supervising multiple crews
  • Experience with restoration software and inventory systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, and varying environmental conditions
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to safely move furniture and household contents
