Lead HVAC Installer Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience
• Highest quality performance based installations
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Assist with the Installation of geothermal, gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps & ductless
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
• EPA Certification required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $45 per hour plus daily efficiency spiff. Volunteer spiffs also available.
