Job description

Outside Sales Representative - Signarama Georgetown
Signarama Georgetown is a locally owned, woman-owned small business with a simple mission: help local businesses grow through smart signage and visual marketing. We like to say we're a marketing company that specializes in professional signs - because a great sign isn't just a sign, it's a powerful business tool.
As one of the newest Signarama locations in the Georgetown, TX area, we're building something exciting, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
The Opportunity
This is a commission-based outside sales role with uncapped earning potential. You are in control of your income. Based on our product pricing and commission structure, a motivated and experienced sales professional can realistically expect to earn between $40,000 and $60,000 in their first year. A newer salesperson building their skills and client base has the potential to generate $20,000-$25,000 in monthly sales as they hit their stride.
Our store team handles production, logistics, and operations - so you can stay focused on what you do best: building relationships and closing business.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
  • Visit offices, retail centers, restaurants, industrial parks, and other local businesses to introduce Signarama's products and services.
  • Build genuine relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their goals and recommending the right signage solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain an organized system for managing leads, quotes, and customer communication.
  • Secure deposits and assist with payment collection upon project completion.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to grow your product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Represent the Signarama brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently - you thrive without someone looking over your shoulder.
  • Previous outside sales, business development, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Confident prospecting and engaging with new customers face to face.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn estimating, CRM, and design-related tools.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • No sign industry experience required - we will train the right person.

What We Offer
  • Uncapped commission-based compensation - your effort directly drives your income.
  • A results-driven, flexible work environment - we care about performance, not punching a clock. Expect to spend at least half your time out in the field building relationships.
  • Full store support - our team is here to back you up so you can focus on selling.
  • Ongoing training and professional development through the Signarama network.
  • A collaborative, supportive team that wants to see you win.
  • Real growth potential - as our business grows, so does yours. For the right person, a path toward a sales leadership role is absolutely on the table.
  • The satisfaction of helping local Georgetown businesses look great and grow.
