Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on signage options, materials, and design choices to meet their needs and budgets.
- Offsite Client Meetings & Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys and measurements at client locations to assess signage requirements, ensuring accurate specifications and optimal placement.
- Quotation and Order Processing: Prepare detailed quotes based on client specifications, process orders promptly, and ensure all necessary documentation and down payments is accurately completed.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with the production team, designers, and installers to ensure seamless project workflow, from design approval to installation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, managing customer accounts, and addressing inquiries or issues quickly.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders. - Operational Excellence: Assist in various store operations, ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.
