We are seeking a high-caliber patent agent with semiconductor experience circuit design and fabrication process) for an excellent law firm opportunity.  This is a well-established, highly respected, and steadily growing practice.  The practice leaders within this firm have impressive backgrounds and have continuously succeeded in attracting top clients and top talent.
 
Although semiconductor expertise is specifically needed, you will also have the opportunity to deal with deal with a diverse roster of high-tech clients, both domestic and foreign.  Your specific exposure will be dependent upon your interests, technical expertise, and experience.
 
The majority of your responsibilities will pertain to patent drafting and prosecution, but there will also be the opportunity to support attorneys in other related areas (e.g., patentability, freedom to operate, and infringement opinions; international patent portfolio strategy management), subject the ongoing needs of this expanding practice.
 
Patent Agent Requirements:
   *  Must have at least 3 years of full time claim drafting and patent prosecution experience with a reputable law firm.
   *  Minimum B.S degree in Electrical Engineering; M.S or Ph.D. and/or industry experience would be highly valued
   *  USPTO bar.    
   *  Strong academic credentials and stable work history
   *  Fluency in Mandarin would be highly valued
