Job Title: Sign Fabricator Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sign Fabricator to join our fabrication department. This role involves planning and building signs using a variety of materials and tools. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or electrical and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble signs according to specificationsCut and weld aluminum, steel, and plasticsUse a variety of power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow safety procedures and company standardsQualifications:Minimum 3-year experience in sign construction, carpentry, and electricalMetal fabrication and/or welding experience Prep and paint various materialsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to read and follow instructions or basic plansAbility to operate a CNC a plusPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periodsMust be able to lift and move up to 50 lb. signs regularlyProficient Using Power toolsWork Environment:Shop/warehouse settingPhysically active, hands-on work
