Job Summary
Quality Inn Verona is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Begin daily shift at 9:00 AM and receive room assignments from the supervisor

• Strip dirty rooms by removing used linens, towels, and trash

• Gather clean linens and supplies from the housekeeping storage area

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, and furniture

• Make beds and replace linens and towels according to hotel standards

• Restock room amenities such as toiletries, cups, and coffee supplies

• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet Quality Inn cleanliness standards

• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management

• Maintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areas

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift

• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus but not required

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
