Job Position: Customer Service Representative / Data Entry
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $14.00-$15.00/hr

Description:
Short staffed hiring a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position will assist customers with orders for awards, banners, signage, t-shirts, jackets, polos, and other custom products. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable using computers while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product questions and orders
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Contact customers when orders are ready for pickup
  • Enter and update customer orders accurately
  • Assist with sales of awards, apparel, signage, and promotional products
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
