Shokunin is looking for aspiring and experienced sushi chefs to prepare and serve delicious and fresh sushi bites to our guests. Come join the Scratch Restaurants Family as a Shokunin Sushi Chef !
Duties of the trade:

• Experience with forming sushi by the company standards
• Abide by all food safety handling practices
• Be able to attend all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
• Work with an open mind and be ready to learn from the experience of the Head Chef
• Maintain a neat and organized station
• Be able to interact with our guests
• Be able to communicate with your team
• Compliant with all food certifications and training

Preference:

• 1-2 years of sushi experience
• Valid Food Handling certification
