Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC (SHM) is the largest owner and operator of marinas in the world. The Host or Hostess is responsible for greeting customers, taking reservations, escorts customers to their seat, and provide menus. In addition, the host or hostess will handle telephone calls, customer inquiries, and assist restaurant staff when necessary in a Private Club setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Create an atmosphere that allows guests to feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed
- Take reservations or place customers on a waiting list when necessary
- Assign customers to tables, escort to seating area, and provide menus
- Answer telephone calls and customer inquiries
- Assist restaurant staff when necessary
- Ensure guests are satisfied and have an exceptional dining experience
- Available to work overtime when required
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities
- Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area.
- Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately.
Technical and Physical Requirements
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, rotate, reach
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Any skills considered standard that a Host/Hostess should possess
