Job description

Hybrid-3 Days in office-2 days remote (Ridgefield, WA) | $18–$22/hour DOE | Full-Time

ShirtSpace is hiring a dependable, customer-focused representative to support customers across phone, email, and chat. If you are organized, solution-oriented, and take pride in doing things the right way, this role may be a strong fit.

*Please note our office is currently located in Ridgefield, WA but moving to Vancouver, WA July 1, 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and claims accurately
  • Track orders and answer product questions
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
  • Manage multiple systems while maintaining speed and accuracy

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, call center, or similar)
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • E-commerce experience
  • Apparel, screen printing, or design knowledge
