About the Position

Shield Roofing is looking for energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals to generate leads by speaking with homeowners in local neighborhoods. No roofing experience is required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door.
• Introduce homeowners to Shield Roofing's services.
• Schedule free roof inspections for our sales team.
• Track appointments and leads using our CRM.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Meet weekly appointment goals.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
