Lead Shelton Reed advisory in the Italian market. We are looking for someone who knows the local lending landscape, developer ecosystem, and institutional investor base.
Who We Seek- Minimum 10 years in Italian CRE across advisory, banking, or investment
- Strong relationships with Italian developers, banks, and institutional investors
- Direct experience in transaction execution or financing structuring
- Comfortable with senior-level client engagement and autonomous mandate delivery
- Lead advisory mandates across financing, transactions, and development in Italy
- Build Shelton Reed presence and client relationships in the Italian market
- Work with European colleagues on cross-border mandates involving Italy
- Share market intelligence and deal insights with the broader advisory team
