Job description

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Technician with CAD drafting experience to support roof surveys, documentation, and technical evaluations. This role combines field work on commercial low‐slope roofs (TPO, EPDM, BUR) with office-based CAD drafting of roof plans, details, and condition reports.

  • Ability to safely access and navigate commercial roofs
  • Entry level in CAD, Bluebeam, or similar drafting software
  • Ability to read and interpret roof plans and construction drawings
  • Strong documentation and measurement skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with roof surveys or consulting.
  • Knowledge of insulation systems, flashing details, and roof assemblies helpful.
